It can be used in support of existing pollution control technologies or it can form the basis for a fully new approach to pollutant immobilization and control.

Ability to Bond
ImmoCem is manufactured in The Netherlands according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14002.
ImmoCem performance relies on the extended crystallization process by forming long needle and "cage" crystalline structure enabling pollutant immobilization and preventing their leaching into the environment. When used in combination with cement ImmoCem has the ability to bond any type of material and make the new composite material water, acid and salt resistant allowing the use of polluted soils and sludge in road construction.
Environment friendly
ImmoCem is environmental friendly. This is confirmed and reported by Dutch accredited laboratories after investigating the leaching behavior of composite materials for a simulated period of 100 years. Composite materials stabilized/solidified using ImmoCem treated substances have successfully passed the Dutch Environmental Tests and have been certified to be used as Category 1 Building Materials according to the Dutch Building Materials Decree.
Technical aspects that counts
ImmoCem is application friendly and can be used in conjunction with labor intensive work methods if required for developing countries. However regular execution of projects is fully mechanized. ImmoCem can also be used in extremely difficult working conditions as it continues to give effective results in both very cold and very hot climates. ImmoCem is the right product for many of your environmental protection applications.
ImmoCem is used average in dosage rates of 1,6 - 4 kg/m3 on the average.
