In Zlatníky in the Czech Republic, an innovative technology centre is under construction. Our Czech client was already familiar with our technology due to the numerous successful projects we have conducted using RoadCem.
The client opted for RoadCem surfacing due to its high quality, its economic and environmental benefits, and in particular, the reduced construction time involved in building the road infrastructure.
As well as an access road, a parking lane was required. During the construction, the stabilisation was also used as a temporary access road to the complex.
The subsoil in Zlatníky is plastic clay, and over the summer, the Czech Republic was subjected to frequent thunderstorms and flooding. As a result, the clay was saturated when work commenced. The application of RoadCem transformed the limp clay ground into a solid and crack-free foundation plate.
The RoadCem stabilisation was applied in a relatively short time, with the project completed in four working days.
