Germany - Drei Bruders Saksen
In Saksen RoadCem was used as a foundation material on a sub-urbane road. PowerCem Technologies who is the provider of the product has asked ARCADIS to evaluate there material on that specific road.
The engineers of ARCADIS and the technical advisers of PowerCem Technologies made a program to investigate a number of properties of the road foundation with RoadCEm.

The properties were determined due to a few tests. These tests are:Grain sieve test (test number 6 of the Dutch 'standaard RAW bepalingen 2005')

Erosion durability (NEN-EN 12697-12 and NEN-EN 12697-23)

SCB-test (according the DWW-tetst prescription IL-N-98.037 'proefbeschrijving Semi-Circular Bending proef (SCB). With the SCB-test results the stiffness of the material can be determined.
The properties of this foundation are compared with a few traditional road constructions without the use of PowerCem based products.
