Vietnam discovered that PowerCem based Technology is the answer for durable and Economical infrastructure.
With simple Equipment and the available material (heavy clay) on site with RoadCem and OPC a durable one layer system could be applied by use of 1,3kg RoadCem and 140kg OPC/m3. On top a PowerCem based micro emulsion imported from North America was applied. In previous sections hot bitumen where applied with a single layer chippings.
Acts of God like heavy rain in a soft soil and swampy territory have caused huge problems over the past decades using the regular and traditional systems.
