The 3rd of February a memorable day for PowerCem Technologies who received from PowerCem Union Russia the Certificates for RoadCem application in Russia. PowerCem Technologies and PowerCem Union Russia demonstrated several projects in Russia under severe harsh winter conditions. One of the projects prior to certification is conducted at Orel region a high quality and cost effective innovation in road construction is showed by applying a thin RoadCem layer at the "Krasnoarmeyskaya street" which stands easily the Russian cold temperatures of -42 °C (minus 42 degrees Celsius).
