In the village of Sliven, the city council wants to upgrade the existing road constructions. Some streets are in a very poor condition, for example the road that is reconstructed with RoadCem, a product based on the PowerCem Technology.
Near the village Tvrdonice, in the Czech republic, a RoadCem stabilization is constructed for the road infrastructure for the company Eckelmann s.r.o. For the client it is important that the pavement infrastructure is finished as soon as possible and this with an economic profit, compared with a tradition construction method.
In Qatar, an access road to an agricultural site was constructed with RoadCem. The client choose for a pavement construction with RoadCem due to the high quality standard, the economic pofit and ecological advantage.
In the East of the Czech republic near the City of Brno a road pavement is constructed by using RoadCem. The total area that is stabilized is approximately 2400 m2. The expansion of the village of Pohorolice results in the construction of new residential areas. This results in the construction of a new roads.
In the North of Mexico City, next to highway 57 (Mexico City – Queretaro) a Rail terminal is reconstructed by using PowerCem based Technology. The terminal is heavily used, on this 70.000 m 2 terminal, every day 2.000 containers are handled. The product RoadCem is used to strengthen the current hydraulic unbound material.
In 1996, the middle and the left lane on highway 57, was constructed with a RoadCem stabilization. The exact location is between Queretaro and Mexico City (km 61.200). The highway is frequently monitored by the SCT (Mexican Federal Road Agency) and the IMT (Laboratory for Road materials). Based on a recent visual inspection (17 years later) in 2013 and covered with falling weight deflection tests the conclusion is: that RoadCem stabilization results in a durably pavement, and this is proofed in practice over a period of 17 years.
In the central area of Mexico, between La Piedad and Zamora, is a 14 km highway build with the use of PowerCem Technology, a new section of the Federal Highway 37. Among the stabilization of the highway , also the intersections , the embankments of the bridges , as well as a joint-free bridge/embankment constructions  are constructed.
The municipality of Ricany, near Prague, choose to upgrade an existing gravel road into an urban road with a strong flexural pavement structure. On this urban road houses are build. The gravel road are showing potholes what leads to uncomfortable roads to drive on and a low esthetic character of the road. By stabilizing this gravel soil with RoadCem a strong, flexural and water impermeable cement stabilization will be formed.
In the State of Chiapas the existing highway 157 , between Tuxltla Gutiérez and La Revolución was in a very poor condition. The state of Chiapas ordered that the existing highway over a length of 70 km needed to be reconstructed in just 2,5 months’ time. By using PowerCem Technology (PCT) this “mission impossible” was succeeded successfully. The SCT (Federal Road Agency) is well known with the unique properties of PCT. The reconstruction of the highway 157 showed major benefits regarding economics, low ecological footprint and saving valuable construction time.
The project was for Permanent & Temporary haulage routes to access ASP & FST water effluent tanks, where heavy construction plant is required to operate. The peaty topsoil materials were stabilized in two 0,3m layers, giving an overall depth of 0,6m.
In the West of the Czech republic a new railway infrastructure is going to be build. Near Plzen a new tunnel construction is going to be build. For the building of the tunnel a construction site is constructed were offices, car parks, storage center for equipment and a visit center will be build. The total area of this construction siteis approximately 12.000 m2. PowerCem Technologies is been requested to build this pavement infrastructure due to the high reliability of the RoadCem stabilization, the short construction time and the economic profit.
In the West of the Czech republic is a new railway infrastructure planned. Part of this project, near Plzen, a new tunnel construction is going to be build. Construction traffic will use also some existing road infrastructure. Therefore the local infrastructure needs to be upgraded to be able to bear the high loads of the construction traffic.
In September 2013, the international Golf tournement “ The Russian open“ will take place. On August 14th there was decided to start to renovate the 3 km long Avenue that connects the Golf Court with the Road network of Moscow. Due to the short construction time, high quality and the economic benefit, the client concluded that using RoadCem was the solution.
In the Amazon area in the East of Ecuador, on the shores of the Napa river, a logistic facility center of Petro Amazonas is constructed. On this logistic center the soil is stabilized with RoadCem. The technical deand of the construction are: it must be able to bear high forces, such as heavy construction vehicles and the storages of steel pipes.
In Hostoun, near Prague, an existing granular road is upgraded to an urban road. On this urban road, in the near future houses will be build. Due to type of existing gravelly material, this material is mixed with a Sandy Clay, to fill the pores in the gravelly material.
One of the entrances to the village of Malo Buchino needed to be renovated. During the renovation it was required that the road is not completely closed and should be accessible for traffic.
PowerCem Iraq opened a new checkpoint on the highway between Basra and Bagdad. Checkpoints are built across the Republic of Iraq to enhance more security in the country.

At the CTP distribution center, the road surface of the access road, which is made of cement paving stones, was collapsing in a number of places. This collapse of the road surface occurs because the foundation under the cement paving stones cannot handle the load of the heavy cargo traffic. By using RoadCem, a product from PowerCem Technologies, the foundation has been strengthened.
Near Prague, a VGP industrial area is constructed. On this pavement structure it is expected that in the future 1.500 tracks a day will use this pavement structure. Due to the demanded structural lifetime of 20 years for the flexural pavement, the high amount of traffic, the short available construction time, the client choose to use a Strong and flexural RoadCem stabilization.
Situated in Noordwijk, close to The Hague in the Netherlands, is the Kennemerland Nature Reserve. The bicycle path there was reconstructed in the most environmentally friendly manner using the PowerCem technology.
Under the authority of the Forest Management Agency of the Northern Netherlands, grass silage sites are being constructed at some 10 sites in Groningen, Friesland and Drenthe. During the summer months, the grass is mown and stored so that it can be fed to the animals in the winter.
On the Holy Peninsula of Athos, PowerCem Technologies had been requested to make the access road near the Vatopedi Monastery. The Vatopedi Monastery is one of the many Greek Orthodox monasteries on the Peninsula near the Holy Mountain of Athos.
In Moravany, close to Brno in the Czech Republic, a storage and transshipment terrain for general cargo was constructed using the application of PowerCem technology. This technology was chosen because of its economic benefits and because doing so would also result in a substantial time advantage.

Due to the increase in air traffic and the size of the airplanes utilizing the airport, one of the taxiways at the Brno Airport is being widened. The air traffic must continue on uninterrupted throughout the construction activities. This is one of the most important reasons for choosing the technology from PowerCem.
In Prague in the summer of 2012, an access road was laid for a construction site where an Aquapark was being built. This access road had to be able to withstand the loads of the heavy construction traffic needed there. The subgrade (clay and sand) on the terrain was mixed with construction and demolition waste. In order to successfully stabilize this subgrade, over which heavy traffic would pass, a road surface construction incorporating the RoadCem application was chosen as the most high-quality and economical solution.
In the Czech city of Kamenice, nearby Prague, the application of the PowerCem technology was chosen on the basis of the successful, high-quality renovation of roads with an economic benefit of 30% in comparison with traditional methods.
Here in the Amazon jungle, close to the Urucu River, there are drilling platfs operating. In the rainy season, the access and connecting roads to these platforms are impassable due to the washing away of road surfaces. The Ministry of Transport in Saudi Arabia invited PowerCem Technologies to execute a project on the motorway between Riyadh and Mecca. In this desert-like area, natural resources are scarce and desert sand is traditionally difficult to stabilize. The desert sand was successfully stabilized and used as a foundation for a motorway approach road.
In Kampen, The Netherlands, a bicycle road has been made using the newly developed top layer ARC (Acicular Reinforced Concrete).
In Kladno, close to Prague, a transshipment terrain for heavy transport traffic was built in 2011. This terrain had to be operational as quickly as possible. As part of the development of a residential neighborhood in Kastanka, close to Prague, a road network was constructed using RoadCem. The existing subgrade layer, consisting of clay, was stabilized using RoadCem and cement. By taking advantage of this application, the weak clay layer is converted to a high-load-bearing, crack-resistant stabilization over which the construction traffic can drive and which can then be finished with a thin layer of asphalt when the road is ready for use as a residential roadway.
Providing soil cementing successfully in Canada poses many challenges. One of the biggest is the short work season due to the harsh northern winters. Many parts of Canada are actually within the permafrost zone and those that aren’t experience winter for 4-6 months.

The city of Orel is the capital of the southwestern Russian province of Oblast. One of the main arteries in the city, Krasnoarmey Street, which is 2.5 km long, was successfully reconstructed using RoadCem. Shell Canada’s Personnel was challenged with a location on Chinook Ridge Southwest of Grande Prairie, Alberta (Canada) where road bans were in effect and aggregate was in short supply, where rainfall caused the local clays to lose load bearing capacity and or where matting costs were prohibitive.
The R52 is a Provincial Route, between the towns of Koster and Lichtenburg. The project basically consists of widening and structurally rehabilitating the existing road.
